"Needed a good chair after a surgery and from start to finish have had a fantastic experience with this company. They answered my queries promptly, I had peace of mind that there was a possibility of returning the chair if it didn't work for me, and the delivery was excellent compared to my experience with other second hand furniture companies. I bought a Mirra 2 which is in excellent condition, was wrapped nicely in a plastic sheet (no dust or other junk to clean off it) and the driver was kind enough to bring it over the annoying car blocking our doorway (sorry :( ) and offered to help me bring it into the house. Overall exceptional customer service and great product. Highly recommend!"

"The quality and price of my chair is great, really happy with my purchase. The team was incredibly accommodating and flexible during pick up. The day I was supposed to pick up my chair I got a flat tire and wasn't able to make it there before their 4PM closing time, I called the store to explain and they waited 15 minutes after closing to accommodate my pick up. Amazing and incredibly kind customer service! Highly recommend."
