"Having agreed a price on a very small door needed for my Attic entrance I wanted to pay there and then by debit card. Pat decided he wanted extra money for the card,when most businesses prefer not to handle cash in the pandemic. I didn't like what I heard..I gave him the chance to make the door for a certain time,two calls later and still waiting. I had given him a few extra days but needed guarantee on delivery. He took it on himself to cancel the order.leaving me in the lurch. Very poor business .. . B"

"Unprofessional and casual. Had Gerry call over two weeks ago to take measurements. Said he would send on drawings in a couple of days. Twos weeks later, 2 phone calls and an email and still nothing. They come across as very casual and unprofessional. Not what you want in a kitchen company who you could be paying over €10,000 of your hard earned money. They obviously don’t want the business so I’ll go elsewhere."
"When I had issues with my kitchen afterwards. I was very dissappointed with the way things were dealt with. I had a few faults that were fixed regarding the kitchen fitting.I also bought my apllicances through Jerry also . My coomer broke within 5months and the replacement didnt fix the fixture correctly. I.was left with a cooker for over 3wks and haf no chice but to use the replacement. I am now left with a gap in my kitchen. So dissappointing"
