"Disgusted, bought my baby a cutlery set off their website for Christmas. After opening the package and going to wash it before use , I noticed it was unusually dirty for something new like someone’s greasy fingers were all over it, not only that there was permanent marker on the fork. I tried washing it off and wouldn’t come off.. it’s chemicals and if they think I’m going to let my child put that in their mouth .. they’re crazy"
"Was sent in to pick up some clothes for Christmas present. Staff (Julie) was extrelemly helpful, having already put aside the item in question. Thank you. Should I need I'd be back in a flash. The rest of the items on sale look great. Store was clean and well laid out. (Only criticism: Doors are double doors, not sure if they're typically open, but buggies struggle to get into the shop as a result.)"
"Insanely nice customer service. I was interested in a sale item in the window and the representative, Aideen (if I remember correctly) very kindly fetched it for me and then checked on the sale price of another, similar item. Much to our delight both were on sale! I am very grateful that she took the time to check the items for me. She was also the model of friendliness. Thanks for delivering A+ customer service."
