Such a brilliant customer service - very efficient and so friendly!! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Niall and the other staff over the phone. As it is close to Christmas, they're not only sending my voucher out by post immediately but also sent me an email and a picture of the voucher via WhatsApp, so that I can put at least that under the tree should it not arrive in time.
