"After buying a sweater as a gift to my wife, we discovered that it’s a 1 use only, because it was damaged after the first wash. When we visited the shop for this concern,the manager was in a meeting at the first and second time, till we came back after 3 hours, and she checked it out and got my number as she was supposed to call back in the second day to inform me if it can be repaired or so on. However it’s been 3 weeks. :) so whatever you may buy, just ask them if it’s 1 use item or more. Lol. Very bad customer service. Though we were as loyal customers for many years in KSA and tried to be the same over here. But unfortunately, won’t happen."

"Great shop great staff selection of clothes are very limited. I would give this store outlet a 5 * rating but as I said the selection and choice of clothing was not the best. I first went to the store in Oliver Plunket street to get a jeans unfortunately they did not have the jeans I was looking for. Yet the staff did all they could to locate the type I was after requesting. The staff even suggested a different type and went looking for about 10mins but to know avail. The customer service was excellent. The enthusiasm of the staff was excellent in St. Oliver Plunket street if this service was offered in each store you would be definitely a happy and returning customer. I was treated the same as a high end customer great service. I eventually decided on a different item in a different Tommy Hilfiger Store. Staff there were also very helpful and pointed out all the sections of clothing that were poorly visible to me. 5 stars* for the staff 4* for the store layout. Selection of clothes is not what was expected could do with more variety. Thank you from a happy customer."

There are change rooms and staff nearby to ask for assistance. It is wheelchair accessible and friendly. There's no wheelchair accessible parking or bathrooms. #accessible"
