"Bad return policy in this shop. Deceptive clothing sizes. A staff member told me that she was calling the owner to talk to me but the owner who was at the back of the shop did not want to deal with the issue. Service was totally unprofessional. I would like to make potential customers aware that if there is a problem with a garment that they purchase in this shop, such as incorrect sizing etc., they will NOT receive a refund will will only be offered an exchange or credit note. Also the Karina suit is very large fitting - would go up to a size 22 and they are not suitable for people below 5ft 4 ins in height. Turning up the trousers does not sort the problem as the tunic is too long for shorter people."
