I spoke to the garage prior to veichle being dropped off to confirm the work could be done. 7 days later,after daily phone calls,nothing done and was told it would be a further 5 days before the work could be done. I spoke to my insurance company and had my veichle removed from here and brought elsewhere."
"what can only be described as the worst service I have ever experienced , car went in 6th February 2022 and finally after at least 100 phone calls we got it back on 2nd April with a bill of 3k only for a fault to reappear immediately . Communication was shocking and the amount of excuses and story changes were exhausting . I will categorically never deal with them again ."
