"On a family holiday recently on our way to Killarney from Carlow we had a major breakdown in Mallow . While a local garage was very helpfull , they couldn't touch the vehicle for two weeks. I called the Mercedes dealer in Tralee who also wouldn't touch it until the end of July. We struggled on to Rathmore , Kerry and stopped to refresh ourselves, especially our grand children, ( we had four car loads travelling) in the filling station beside Donagh Hickey's garage . I said I'd take a chance to see if they could help and met a very nice man, Tadgh Cashman who couldn't do enough for us . He organised to have a new part , the alternator , in his garage the next day and to fit it. We called for our vehicle the following day , all ready to go and had a very nice holiday in Killarney afterwards. It was a pleasure to meet with Tadgh and would highly recommend him to everyone for such a great service and to rescue our holiday. Vincent ."
