"Staff were helpful to a point. Ad in store offering 10 percent off through their website. Didn't happen, tried 3 times nothing came back into my email. False advertising I feel. Bought goods still as I have family members who like their products. Bought one product it was the last item in stock and it was soiled . Disappointed with unhelpful female staff member that should have had a means to offer a discount at till when this happened with code and soiling.. Spent thousands in Mahonpoint over Christmas. Only store that left a negative feeling."

"Bad experience with faulty exchange item within two months of purchase. Member of staff refused to exchange the faulty watch, when escalated was threatened with security to be called. I was in the store with my wife and two young kids. Wasn't expecting this kind of service from a Tommy store. Very disappointing for a fan of this brand. Will never come back to this store again. Staff is very unprofessional and doesn't know they own return/ exchange policies."
