"Disgraceful company no matter what way they say they operate, "Shop is mainly online and physical shop is open every last Sunday of the month". Wont reply to messages or engage regarding an order made.Had to open a paypal dispute. If you cant operate the business as normal stop advertising items for sale and shut up shop untill you can dedicate more than one Sunday a month to it. Responding to customers would help also. To owners response, No emails, not in spam folder either, do you think I wasnt checking? Item was listed as in stock and still is after I purchased. I checked your seasonal opening and hey, your supposed to be open now. Shut up shop and look after your kids if your struggling. Check your reviews, Im not the only one who has had a problem like this. Also, you didnt reply to my messages but could reply to my bad review within half an hour. I stand by my review, Disgraceful company."

"I placed an order on March 16th 2023 and still no delivery of my goods money has been paid and when I try to call email or text this company their is no response it leaves me now with no choice but to contact PayPal & try and recover my money"

"I made an order online on Sept 5th, the money has been taken from my account and I have an email confirmation. Now - 2 wks later - I still don't have my order and I can't get ahold of the business at all. Emails to all of their addresses are returned as undeliverable. For the last week I have tried contacting the business by email, website contact form, phone, text, FB Messenger and WhatsApp, and... nothing. I don't like taking such matters public, but at this point I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company. I understand the owner is apparently on maternity leave but if they can't fulfill an order or answer any messages why don't they just close completely and stop taking money? UPDATE: The company's website is now suddenly taken down. Still no word from them (on the one day of the week they're advertised as open), leaving me no choice but to dispute my payment through my bank. I don't know what's happened, but scoring nil for customer service. FINAL UPDATE: Funny enough, product arrived today. Still no contact from company but updating my review to 2/5 because at least I eventually got my item."

"Absolutely wonderful Adventure store. Just back from our amazing trip travelling the wild Atlantic Way. On our travels our tent broke and I messaged the shop via Instagram. The lady was so sweet to open the shop in the evening for us and we left with a new tent and two new pairs of hiking boots. Highly recommend"
