"I was bike touring and ran out of fuel for my backpacking stove. Other stores had the puncture type fuel canisters but not the threaded kind that fits my stove. This store had what I needed. Yay! Coffee and porridge again! No more cold breakfasts!"
"Poor customer service. Staff did not look they wanted to be there. We spent a good deal of money buying ski gear. Tag was not removed so alarm went off on way out v embarrassing. One was hanging clothes and wast interested that the que was big and no one to serve."
