"Quality of furniture has serious gone downhill. Bought a 3 piece suite from there as the first one lasted 10+ years, plus we had bought various bits and pieces over the year. 18 months later padding and springs started falling out of the new furniture. I called into store to discuss it, they offered to help, I followed up the visit with pictures and manufacturing dates by email. Never heard anything since."
