"Amazing service! We sent our puppy here for her first groom and they really took their time with her to ensure she stayed happy and calm! She did really well and looked lovely (as well as getting some free treats) She has since been back for a full cut and again had a wonderful experience! The owners have always been friendly, professional and put our puppy first! She has had a really positive first experience of the groomers and that’s all thanks to the loft!"
