"Great location in Leek's conservation area. Easy to park on-site. Building in good order and with interesting history. Bedroom & bathroom well-decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Lounge area with a small bar perfect for a stiff one at the end of a day's exploring. Owner is very genial and warm. Recommended."
