"Clean, warm, well equipped, plenty of parking, and easy to get to using Google Maps. For anyone wanting to stay in the area, look no further. It’s off the main road, so benefits from privacy. However, it’s close enough to plenty of village pubs! Definitely would stay again!"

"Stayed for a couple of nights in the Milking Parlour which was absolutely perfect for us to use as a base to start the Yorkshire Wolds Way. Really wasn't expecting as much as we received for the price and the cottage was really well equipped and nice and roomy for two people. Rachel, Dave and family were lovely helpful and friendly hosts both before and during our stay. Special mention for the lovely large bed which was so comfy and the best we slept in during our two week break in Yorkshire. Nice welcome pack too and we particularly enjoyed the animals on the farm including regular visits from the owners Terrier, Bruce. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and if you're looking for somewhere peaceful in this area you can't go wrong if you book here."

"Just had an absolutely fantastic 3 night stay in the Milking parlour. Cannot fault anything at all. The accomodation has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed is huge,the shower is great and the kitchen and living area is more than just perfect.Loved looking out and seeing the 2 donkeys and horse in the paddock opposite and also enjoyed meeting the resident pooches. The hosts Rachel and Dave are two of the most welcoming and helpful people we have ever come across.Nothing was too much trouble.Cannot wait to revisit!"
