"Lovely place to stay, although a main road goes passed not that noisy. Well decorated cottage we stayed in on suite shower from the large bedroom. Large kitchen diner and large lounge. Kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher also a fridge freezer. Very clean and tidy. Nice homely feel. Lots of rabbits to watch in the field. Definitely worth a stay. They have log cabins and other cottages and apartments"

"I had to be in Hull for business reasons the following day but needed to see my client the night before. I discovered this place entirely by chance and was enchanted by it. I had what was in effect a small self contained cottage. There was a shared kitchen and lounge in another cottage a few yards away but there was no need to use it as my rooms had all I needed. The full English was amongst the best I have had. I was on my motorcycle and was accommodated with sheltered parking. I would certainly use this place again. UPDATE 2019 Stayed here for a second time. As good as ever, comfortable, friendly service and a fabulous breakfast."
