"My daughter has happily been attending classes at San Marie for five and a half years now. What I thought might just be a bit of fun for her as an after-school club has turned into one of things she loves the most! The teachers are fantastic, professional, caring, and work very hard to help their students reach their goals. My daughter was quite worried about taking dance exams at first but with the excellent teaching her has received she has been so happy to achieve great results. The annual shows at the Towngate theatre are the highlight of the year, both for the dancers and their families! To top off this the way the team at San Marie have coped with the set backs and challenges of Covid-19 has been outstanding! For my daughter her dance classes have given her a positive focus in uncertain times and kept her fit and healthy. "I highly recommend San-Marie Stage School. My daughter has been dancing for 8 years with the school and my only regret is not starting her earlier! The opportunities the students get are incredible ranging from performing in the annual show at Towngate Theatre to performing on a cruise ship. Lisa and all the staff are brilliant and really care for the students. During lockdown Lisa & the team found a way to keep the students dancing with online challenges. "I cannot speak highly enough of San-Marie. My daughter has attended since she was 2.5 years old and is now 13. She absolutely loves it here. The school offers many opportunities, including ISTD exams, performance shows and competitions. Some of the students have also been lucky enough to travel with San-Marie to perform on a Cruise Ship. During lockdown San-Marie kept the students busy with challenges and kept them dancing throughout, which I cannot thank them enough for. The teachers are brilliant and so professional and have high expectations of their students."
