"The best studio in Southsea ! Walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants.Private studio which is very new and super clean. Long stays with low rates available when booking directly with the property. Words are not enough to thank host Samantha. She was the most considerate and gracious host answering all queries within minutes. My daughter had the most comfortable stay while working in Havant. It was her home away from home. "I stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks over Christmas and New Year as I was in the Pompey Panto. This place is perfect for anyone looking for theatre digs as it’s just a walk away from both the Kings and the sea. The hosts are amazing too! Cleaning the apartment once a week and keeping you stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely book again anytime I’m back in Southsea. Thank you guys for an amazing Xmas stay!"

"We stayed in the studio whilst attending Victorious festival. The location was ideal for this as only 20 mins walk to the site. Free parking in the road using the permits supplied made the stay even more relaxing. The modern studio was compact, very clean and provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I gave it 4 stars because the bed was a small double, too soft for me and the duvet too high a tog for the summer but that's my personal taste. Samantha was a super host responding to queries within minutes. Thank you! Loved the patio area outside, very peaceful, perfect for a morning cup of tea and read."
