"Veterinary doctors are kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the employees who are at the desk serving customers need more training to be more empathetic and considerate of the pet owners. I am well taken care of by the vets, but I am not and do not feel welcome by the desk staff. For this reason, I conscientiously cannot give 5 stars, because I am a human being and I like to be well attended. I want to believe that the company Vets4Pets does a lot for their employees to be good at talking to / serving their customers. A company without customers - closes.
