"A friendly, welcoming folk club that doesn't take itself too seriously. Consequently, there is an eclectic mix of styles and abilities. Weekly singers' nights are interspersed with regular guest appearances from many of the popular performers on the circuit. The club usually meets in the bar at The Harlequin Theatre, but if the guest night is very popular, the auditorium is used. The 2020 COVID-19 restrictions saw the club move online via Zoom with visitors and guest spots from as far afield as Cyprus and Canada. If you enjoy your music, I thoroughly recommend Northwich Folk Club as a great place to be every Friday night!"
