She treated him like he was her own dog. Only downside is booking appointments for a Saturday ends up being months away"

They remember the medical history of one of my cats after lengthy treatment last year without even having to consult their records which is always nice to see because this shows they clearly care if they remember things like this when you consider the number of animals they must see each year."
"Been with Companion Care now Vets 4 Pets for decades and I am extremely disappointed in them. Trying to book in to get the cats boosters is a nightmare and the staff pretty incredulous and belligerent at times. The worst bit of all is that they are now closed on Sundays which was one of the best things about this vets initially. No warning or consultation with its customers just gone! This practice used to be the best in Winchester but since the takeover it's become the worst. I have now removed all five of my animals that were with them. I cancelled the healthy pet club mid July and they were trying to refuse giving me their flea and wormer treatment. They are terrible......................."
