"Our dog was in desperate need of medical intervention, our vet called this company and begged for them to help but they refused with out % 50 min deposit clearly show this vial company is money orientated over the health of the animal. We then rushed to ring wood who was not concerned about my at the time we arrived with hour to spare anwas told to settle account after the treatment. Your dog survived and is amazing Mildmay should be banned from practice interestimg that fitzpatrick said similar on cruffs this afternoon so name and shame"

"We can’t thank everyone at Mildmay enough for saving our little Saffron. You never expect with a 9 month old kitten to receive a phone call telling you that it’s touch and go but even in the horror of that moment we never had any doubt that she was in the best possible place and that the vets were doing everything they could for her. Thankfully our story had a happy ending and Saffron is back at home. But to Nikki who admitted her, Richard, Beth and particularly Steph who looked after her that awful afternoon, and to all the wonderfully kind vet nurses who I know will have given her so many snuggles, and to the reception team who always found someone for me to speak to for an update, thank you from the bottom of our hearts - we couldn’t live without her and you made sure we didn’t have to. We have used Mildmay for many different pets since we have moved to Winchester and the vets have always been thoughtful and caring but this time they truly went above and beyond."
