"Food we ordered was awful, greasy and overcooked. When served up some of it was cold and had to go back. After an hour food sent back still had not arrived. Appalling service and no information as to what was happening with our food. Went to complain and got a refund for just Onion Rings.i think that we should have got a full refund for the way we were treated and the time we were kept waiting. Also, the tables were not cleared of plates and glasses the whole time we were at the establishment. We are very disappointed with our whole experience there. We had both Breakfast and Dinner at the pub."

"Nice selection on menu. Food tasted off so reported this. Small portions too this would be fine if they were big on flavour. Just below average pub grub on a small scale. Decor dated and needs a good deep clean. Cobwebs and food splats on ceiling, beams falling down. Nice place for a drink but wouldn't rush back for the main menu food."

"Our friend booked our room as part of a wedding celebration. We arrived lunch time and was allowed to check in early, great as we changed for the wedding. Comfortable clean room, everything we needed. Loved the large bath. Had a splendid breakfast, hot, we eat every bit. To add the staff were so friendly and of good cheer. So thankyou. We stayed just one night, would have stayed longer and would recommend."
