Charlie's Cattery

"Ronnie and Reggie spent and relaxing time with Tracey and Janet. I was so pleased to find Charlie’s Cattery, as anyone with cats or dogs know, to be able to relax on holiday knowing our pets are so well looked after is as much a part often as being away. However all holidays come to an end and the twins are back to their day jobs ( photo attached) thankyou so much ladies, we’ll see you soon."

"Popped our cat into Charlie’s over Christmas whilst we went away as a family. Our previously used cattery has closed down so I chose Charlie’s based on the positive reviews and I’m so glad I did! Jasper isn’t a fan of catteries and would always return rather down in his mood and his fur was often matted at the back where he didn’t wash himself, through stress. Today, we picked him up from his first visit at Charlie’s and what a difference! He didn’t actually want to leave! It was nice and clean, all the cats looked happy and relaxed and the two ladies were lovely! His fur is lovely and shiny and he is his friendly, energetic self! The ladies happily gave him his Christmas stocking, brushed him daily and gave him all the love and attention he could dream of! We even had a lovely email with pictures on Christmas Day that we loved! Really helped us relax, seeing that he was loving life and super relaxed! So glad to have found Charlie’s and if I’m honest, glad I had to look for a new cattery leading me to Charlie’s! Now we can go away knowing Jasper is safe, happy and well loved, without worrying or avoiding booking holidays. Jasper will certainly be back for his 5 star hotel stay!"

"Finding a cattery run by actual cat lovers can be harder than you think, so we were really pleased to find Charlie’s cattery to look after our cat while we were on holiday. She settled in really well and was really happy and relaxed when we collected her (always a good sign). The accommodation has views of the outside, plenty of fresh air and not one but two rooms for the cats to move between with thoughtful touches like scratching posts, blankets and ladders to keep them entertained. Tracey and Janet made sure she was played with and kept well groomed while she was there. Highly recommend!"

"We recently emigrated to the UK and were in a complete panic about where we could send our very loved fur child whilst we were stuck in mandatory hotel quarantine. After seeing the multiple positive reviews about Charlie’s Cattery I reached out to Tracey and Janet to find out if they were up to the task of taking in Harlow for us direct from her flight from South Africa. From the first point of contact I was immediately at ease knowing that Harlow would be well taken care of and looked after upon her arrival into the UK. She was calm and content from the minute she arrived and Tracey and Janet sent us daily updates on how she was coping. Thank you for taking such great care of Harlow. We are 100% confident in having her stay again in future."

"Absolutely lovely ladies. I was extremely stressed leaving our 5 month kitten for the first time for over a week, but I couldn't choose any better than Charlie's!. I had updates on my kitty and she was well when picked her back. Janet and Tracy are also so lovely and I know they are taking care of my furriend so I could sleep with ease. I could never chosen better place to leave her with and would definitely recommend it to everyone especially new to the cattery option."
