"Our cat stayed for the first time this summer and will not be returning, she had lost weight, her voice and was very withdrawn, low in mood and very sick when we collected her, two visits to the vets and two large bills. I do not believe that she was cared for and i would certainly not recommended or be using pet lodge again ☹ my cats name is Colin and my husband booked it in his name, you know exactly who the cat is, shame on you for your response !"
