"Do not even waste your time with them. Absolute rubbish,you can place your order,is not a problem,but forget about receiving it on time or get your money back. I finally gave up waiting for blazer after nearly 3 months and I called them to request refund. They agreed but refund was never received so I called them again after a week just to find out that my blazer will be posted this week. So what about refund that you agreed week before? Also emails ignored for months,never received any reply or apologies. And they are open only 3 days a week. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH I also reported them to school and school told me that there was many other parents facing problems with this store. Time wasters. I end up buying blazer from competition and everything was in stock,while they happily took my money and make me wait for months. I will make sure to warn all the parents i know and i can reach online to stay away from this useless people. Thanks for wasting my time and money cause I end up ordering twice. You are completely useless"

"Got to the door within 2 minutes of them closing at 4.30pm as I had to collect my daughter from after school netball, knocked on the door and watched the woman who was cashing up actually deliberately HIDING behind a post and completely ignoring me, I only wanted to swap a top I bought a couple of hours earlier for a different size. Appalling service."

"I said to the shop keeper when i bought the stitch down skirt for the princely sum of £22.00 that I was shocked as simply holding it in my hands I knew the quality" BANNER branded however", was terrible !! So last night after 3 days wear and not even washed yet. the plastic zip has broken.. No it wasn't too tight there were larger sizes but this was perfect she could get her hand down it to tuck in her blouse no problem but it jammed and after PE she spent the day with a bust skirt held on by the single button. in trying to fix it last night, for today the zipper "soft metal" has crumbled, thank goodness for her trousers. REMEMBER after 3 days wear. Shocking . am I going to swap it? what for the same poor quality skirt no thank you....!"
