"Frequently use Flannels (and spend a high amount each time) but the staff at the Derbion store are truly awful. They are uninterested, unhelpful and all have a surly attitude towards customers. Told by one staff member you could have 5 items in the changing room which then dropped to 3 items by another staff member who seemed confused when I said how I thought that was quite restrictive and that I was told 5 items by another staff member? (3 items is hardly anything)! Asked a staff member to check if they had something in stock in a different size, he reluctantly checked and surprise it was a “no” followed by an unhelpful shrug. For such a high-end store you are made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff and there is zero friendliness or any type of “service”..sort it out Flannels."
