"It’s shameful and unacceptable the way the receptionist hasten you during a call for appointment. Perhaps, they should be reminded that some of us are paying over 41% of our earnings towards Tax to keep the NHS going. If this kind of low standard would continue perhaps it’s time for the NHS to go private. The last time I visited, I wasn’t satisfied with the way the GP rushed through my 2+ years old son. I huge the management to look into this and make amendments."

My Experience:

"I have been using this Med Practice for around 10 years. Quality of the care used to be good but its getting worse day by day especially from the Locum doctors. Its really hard to get an appointment and you would be lucky if you get it with Dr McMann. Rest of the Locum Doctors in my experience are there just to put things off for another day. Reception staff & nurses are always friendly and helpful."
