"I called for a same day appointment due to an issue with my leg- possible clot. The receptionist kindly gave me an early appointment 9.15am. I was examined by Dr McCance who was very professional and courteous. He went out his way to contact the emergency department at ARI and arranged an appointment for me that same day at 12.00. The outcome in the end was a blood clot in my leg so was a medical emergency Very big thanks to Dr McCance for arranging the appointment for me- highly recommended."

"Did anyone managed to get an appointment with this medical practice? They tell you to call first thing in the morning to book an appointment for the day but the line is always unavailable. I literally have 2 weeks since I am trying to get a follow up with a GP to discuss some results and it seems like the line is forever busy. For such a high sought area, I find the professionalism of the practice unacceptable."

"The reception is friendly and doctors are good, but the booking system is terrible. You can only get same day appointments and so everyone calls at 8:00am and the lines are always full. You don't get to wait on hold, the message just tells you to call back later, so you spend about 30mins calling just trying to talk to reception and then find out if you have an appointment that day and at what time. This is very inconvenient, especially for those working."

"Charge extortionate fees to do the tiniest thing. I had to get a very short questionnaire completed by a doctor, which was basically ticking 4 boxes to say I was fit and well to look after children (something the care inspectorate requests for all childminders). They charged £89 to do this! Having checked with other childminders and surgeries they seem to be the most expensive as others charge £20-£25 max. Why they think it's ok to charge this, I don't know. I had to pay it because they are my doctor and couldn't continue with my application without it. They were supposed to send it back within 10 days and it sat with them for 2 weeks before I called them to find out why the care inspectorate hadn't received it. Oh they just couldn't be bothered posting it or calling me to collect it. Complete Incompetence. Also if you ever want an appointment, unless it's a 'medical emergency' you have to wait weeks to see a doctor. Not impressed"
