"Had an appointment today with Dr Murray, brilliant and helpful Doctor. Hopefully this appointment could be for me life changing because I'm really really struggling. It was my first time I'd met Dr Murray, pity that i didn't go to her before today."

"Just moved to area recently. Its a mixed bag amd early days will update after a year. Tldr: Email quick to reply, phone hard to get on Initially was very disappointed as just couldn't get on the phone to them for anything and we had something urgently needed sorting that out previous GP (Calsayseat dont recommend them) had just not completed and told us we had to leave as we moved. I finally emailed (after a few emails back and forth) a long explanation and thankfully they were understanding and they called us and gave an appointment. The building was nice, the receptionist polite. The gp we dealt with very compassionate and had even read the email before we came which was nice! We got what we needed done. So I'm still very wary of phoning them up still but will try again. I just hope they can sort their phone line issues soon. I understand they cater to a wide group."

"Doing tough mudder would be easier than trying to secure an appointment here. “Phone at 8am”… on the dot, nothing left. “Phone at 11am”…. on the dot, nothing left. “Come in at 11am to the desk” to get this last sacred appointment. Just under 2 weeks ago, I had a major surgery and can’t seem to get a follow-up appointment for my most needed 1 month bloods/prescription visit. Advised this, asked about appointments in the future I can book… nothing… “but it changes daily” so do the above. Not quite good enough is it. Far too stressful when I’m in recovery."

"Firstly its impossible to get a drs appointment; you phone up they say a date a month, maybe two, in the future then go on to say "if you call back next week there may be an appointment made available." Even if you say the Dr asked you to come back, no asking if it urgent, you don't even have time to say its urgent you're done the call is over. When I was able to get a phone appointment the Dr was lovely he did seem concerned about my issues but I have no idea who it was as he never said his name. Secondly when I was able to get in to see a nurse to take my blood they did it wrong, yes they, two separate people the head nurse in fact. They came in wearing gloves didn't change them touching all kinds of surfaces who knows maybe even other patients with the same gloves on. They didn't clean my skin before stabbing my arm, and the first nurse even reused the same needle 4 times even when I spoke up about it. You're not meant to use the same needle it can carry pathogens, it gets blunter the more you use it and can cause cross contamination. Remember they never cleaned my arm. When the head nurse did get my blood, also she used the wrong order of draw even taking the blood tube that should have been taken first last. The order of draw is important; they even have it on the wall to remind them of it, if you take them in the wrong order you can contaminate the next blood tube through draw back, or get inconclusive results, or ranges in the normal when really you're not and there is something wrong. And figuring out how to complain is a nightmare. I get it we're all chronically short staffed but that should not impact the health care patients are getting no wonder A&E are full of people there for issues they don't need to be there for when our GP practices are like this."

"The ladies behind the reception desk, do not get enough credit and praise for the work that they do. They are always busy, with the phones, helping booking in patients etc. Today, they were all exceptionally helpful and saved my life to be honest. All the girls, are helpful and very friendly, polite and are genuinely out to help you as much as they can. These woman are amazing and should receive credit for the work that they do. It’s a hard job, being a receptionist in a large medical practice but they are always, happy, polite and very helpful."
