"The only reason it gets the stars is because I think they teach fine. But, environment is overwhelming. They have small classes from beginners max upto 5. But, the older classes of 8 and to top it, they have sectioned an average 25m pool breadthwise in 5 or 6 sections at any given time sometimes not even a full breadth as one side would be for a higher level class. And in these tiny sections then they teach sometimes as many as 8 children as in my childs class. And with 12 to 20 or more children cramped into a 25/10 m swimming pool there is just about enough place for parents to sit on the floor next to the pool to watch them swim. One word-overcrowded. Given an alternative I am switching. Not satisfied at all."
