"Had a lovely family meal for my dads 90th birthday. Couldn’t fault it, staff friendly and professional, good knowledge of menu, very good service. Food was excellent and plentiful. Thanks to the staff who helped the day go well and made sure we had a good time."

"Excellent small independent hotel just outside Telford center. Cosy, comfortable extremely clean rooms. Great English breakfast included. Good restaurant and bar for evening meals - there’s a nice beer garden in the back for warmer weather. Very friendly staff. I always stay here when I’m in the area. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at The White House Hotel for a couple of nights whilst travelling for work. The welcome was friendly and the hotel clean and warm and the bed comfortable but feels a little bit tired in places with some areas coming close to needing refurbishment. The only meals we had here was breakfast which was a good full English setting us up to work through till dinner and we'll worth the cost"

"On arrival at 3pm, we checked in fine with the reception being polite and welcoming then that is as far as the niceness gets. The rooms are okay, a little dated with squeaking floors but just about acceptable for the price. 1 hour in, then the fun starts next door was occupied by what sounded like a bunch of males celebrating a birthday party, from the moment they arrived the shouting, singing started. Half an hour later, someone else must have complained as hotel reception knocked on their door to tell them to keep the noise down. 10 mins later, off again!! Another visit to reception and another knock on the door. 5 mins later, here we go again!! Anyway, enough is enough, no way are we getting any piece so we checked back out at 18:30. To sum it up one of the worst places I have stayed or not in this case. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!More"
