"Wonderful place to camp, well equipped and clean facilities as well as friendly and helpful staff. Great location for a camp and fairy lights on the tents really make it look special at night. Fire pits are a lovely touch."

"Stayed in a bell tent. Was great. Staff were friendly. Facilities were by far the best I've seen for YHAs including an outdoor shower shack and loo shack. There were pods and indoor accommodation. The evening menu was limited so I went to the pud down the road, but breakfast was good."

"Lovely place to camp, the location is quiet (although the dawn chorus is impressive!) and the self-catering facilities you have access to are great with multiple full sets of kitchen appliances. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the location is great for exploring this part of the forest on foot."

"What a great place this is! Staff are really friendly, the facilities are great, the camping pods are cozy and warm, heated and with electricity. The toilets are clean and have heaters, the water in the showers is hot. The breakfast baps they are doing at the moment are yummy! Above all great value for money!"
