"Often have a prescription ready to collect and if not they can nearly always resolve things while you continue shopping. This ensure queues are short and served quickly. If you want to wait they usually only take 5 -10 minutes to prepare a prescription. On the rare occasion when they have been out of stock they have resolved the issue and have prescription ready for collection late in the afternoon on the next day."
