"Poor stock levels. Miss-labelled shelves. It looks like it needs some TLC. Staff helpful but local and central prescription systems seem to be out of sync. Update: Getting worse. Ordering system claims prescription ready some four days ago but no alert from branch. Phone rings but is never answered. I think I must change my arrangements."

"Very disappointed as I am trying to get a prescription from them. I have tried calling 47 times and now its engaged. YES 47 TIMES!! It's taken an hour and 20 minutes. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT are they not? Very disgruntled, back to 111 then"

"Love this Boots, am always collecting prescriptions for my daughter and myself and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone and sort out repeats for us. If they haven’t got stock of something they order it so quickly, even the same day sometimes! So quick and convenient for when I have my baby with me. Have a really great selection of products for such a small store too :)"
