"Having spent my whole life in sports, most recently rugby, Brazilian jiu jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts and strongman/power lifting, i am no stranger to injuries. However a couple of years ago i put my back out and have never had something so debilitating. I tried everything from the NHS and private physio's, sports massage and even acupuncture. Nothing i did helped for more than a day or two, sometimes if i was lucky, a week. Eventually i went to Dr Stringer on the back of a recommendation (pun intended) and had a course of 6 treatments. I was simply amazed. I felt better immediately after the first session and by the third i was back in the gym dead lifting 200+kg (having previously managed to put it out again picking up a bag of crisps). Instead it felt like you got drip fed information each session so that you have to keep returning to find out the next part of the puzzle, costing you more money. After two sessions I decided not to continue."
