"We went to the escape room (Houdini's) that is at this location, it was great fun and really well run, however it missed out on 5 stars as the rooms themselves were not heated and it was a cold day so most of our group was struggling. I recommend layers if it is cold outside and you should have a great time"

"Came for a kids birthday party. 2 sets of 3 screens over the bowling lanes were faulty. One set were flickering constantly. The other had distorted image so you couldn't read all the names and the colours were off. Those lanes should not be open. The paint was peeling on most of the decor and one of the cushions in the both was ripped. There was a party host but they were only there for the bowling part on nowhere to be seen after that. Had to chase them to get the laser tag set up and were presented with a form to fill out with names and ages before the kids were allowed to go in. This should have been given to us at the start of the party to avoid delays. Staff were confused about the time the laser tag was booked for which also delayed things. There weren't that many staff at all for the amount of people. Also buying cappuccino at the bar took ages even though there was only one person ahead of us."
