"The cut was okay, and the stylist was obviously trying to be friendly. However, they made a few comments that left me feeling disheartened. When describing my previous hairstyles (I change it up with different lengths, colours, and am in process of growing out a pixie cut) they made a comment/question with a slightly judgemental tone asking (not verbatim) 'what that's about then?'. When finishing the cut, the hairdresser commented that I should grow it out as my hair doesn't work for me. I didn't ask for your opinion, and I can't do anything about this immediately. I was in disbelief that you would say that to a new client, after you've finished cutting their hair. I wasn't informed the pricing of the haircut until after it was finished; then again, I didn't think to ask. I thought it was pricy for a quick nape trim, wash and style (£30)."
