"*REVIEW WRITTEN BY REGULAR CUSTOMER I have been contemplating whether to write this review for sometime now. I have been coming to Dan Nails for around five years now. My most recent experience has got to of been the worst I have ever had. My appointment was due at 10am and when I arrived it ending up being 20 minutes later with no apology for the delay. Every time I go to the salon and have the same treatment- the prices are always different? No one pays any attention to the price list and my last visit cost me £125 for two acrylic sets and two gel on the toes. My mother had the worse experience where her nail tech was arguing over her nail shape; and told her that her fingers 'were too bent' to put acrylics?! My Mum asked for a French manicure with glitter tips and was left with the most awful nails and had to pay again to get them redone as she felt too embarrassed to go outside. This salon used to have an amazing reputation but has gone down hill drastically. I have messaged the owner many times explaining my experience and have not received a text message back- one week later. I will never ever come back to Dan Nails again. Please do NOT waste you money on a business that is rude, overpriced and not professional!!"
