"10/10 service! Took our 1.5 year old to get his haircut by Lily who cut his hairstyle to perfection. Lily was amazing with him, very patient and fun which made our son comfortable and calm. He wasn’t upset or distressed one bit! Lily also treated him to a couple of mini chocolates which he was happy about! All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. My fiancé, who is fussy as anything, has non stop talked about how pleased he is with the service and our sons haircut. Highly recommend Lily and Johnjo’s Barbers!"

"Very disappointed with the customer service called to say running late for my appointment was told not to bother coming with no option to rebook and told my wife that if you can't be punctual that's not my problem then hung up the phone. Absolutely fuming will not be returning back for future appointments"
"Always get a great cut, nice friendly staff, I would not consider going anywhere else, unless the person who does my hair goes somewhere else, it's the staff that make this place. Booking on line is a good plus point as well."
