"I found the team quite unprofessional. I had my hair coloured and was reassured that if I don't like or things don't go well, I can come to rectify it. The hair colour didn't even last a weekend and ruined my upcoming holiday. I called multiple times to the salon to fix an appointment and left messages to the hairdresser to improve things but nobody called me back or arranged an appointment. I spent 100 bucks and was appalled by this behavior and service."
