"If you're hoping for a relaxed experience with professional hairdressers..steer clear of here! No offer of a drink at all. Asked to move more than once to free up space for other clients. They over book so as to make as much money as possible i presume. The experience is rushed and not at all relaxing. Hair brushed hard and fast and no real conversation or eye contact even. The salon is really run down. Clumps of hair stuck under chair wheels and dye stains. Had to do own patch test and the test tube was really mucky. Peeling paint and just messy. Hairdressers more interested in the dog belonging to one of them than the clients left waiting in uncomfortable chairs. Had to ask to move from wash basin as neck was hurting. I'd been moved there from my original chair due to my hairdresser starting to work on another client in my chair. The colour was nothing at all special. Insta photos of beautifully held up hair are what keeps this business afloat. They do not represent the reality at all. Please don't fall for it. Know that it isn't the way you should be treated when spending such a lot of money for a service. Great pics do not a great hairdressers make."
