"I was kept updated with what time the guys would likely arrive. The caller was courteous and professional. The team arrived within minutes of when they said they would arrive. When they arrived, all three of them gave a friendly welcome and they all seemed approachable. The room where the bed was going to was confirmed and a route to that room was planned. It seemed a professional was to do the job, not just “let’s try and see if it’ll fit”. The team worked hard to lift and move the very heavy mattress, keeping their cool all the way through the manoeuvre. Once all the pieces had been brought into my home, the team confirmed that I was happy with the products and kindly asked me to sign. The team used shoe covers throughout their time in my home to protect my carpets and took great care of my walls, doorways and other furniture. A top quality delivery that are a credit to your company."
