"Two chairs done, looked ok but some of finishing very poor with frayed edges on seats under cushions and stuffing all exposed. Went back and they offered to redo parts that worst. Awful to contact as phone not answered and no return calls when message left. Despite material supplier having five day turn around they still hadn’t got material required five weeks later. Lost confidence in allowing them to repair particularly after comments made by another upholsterer who had a look at them for me."
