"We went to the cafe for Mother’s Day and wanted afternoon tea I stood waiting to be served. As the staff kept passing me by doing table service. I gave them time to do this however when I said could I be served. I got laughed at by a member of staff and he said you’ll have to use self service and the proceed to laugh with other staff members in the kitchen at myself and other customers waiting with me, there was quite a queue. We all felt this was extremely unprofessional and rude. When we pointed this out to the member of staff they said we we being abusive to the staff. At no point did the watering staff say please could you use the self service whilst waiting. The staff in the cafe really let the rest of the staff down at Morrisons shop. I would suggest better training in dealing with customers. Not happy with the way we were treated and hope this gets looked in to by management."

"Lovely food. Although unclear initially if they were open yet as no staff out front and no guests seated/ eating when I arrived. Although eventually managed to flag a cleaner down who got the ball rolling. Otherwise, great service and good food especially for the price. Will visit for breakfast again."

"Half the food was off the menu as the staff said they'd had a busy day and the scampi, fish etc. had sold out. Ordered steak pie. Peas were an unappetising grey colour. Chips were cold. Pastry was chewy and leathery. Hot chocolate overly sweet. Both the coffee and hot chocolate were cold. Neither of us enjoyed the meal at all. The chef obviously can't cook and doesn't have a clue. The lady who served us on the till however was lovely. Found it very odd to have our meals served in what looked like dog bowls. Wish we'd gone up the road to the Paddock pub instead. Very disappointing Morrisons cafe. Won't be back ever."
