"Can’t fault the staff at Whistles Derby, so helpful and willing to take the time to assist. Must have spent well over an hour in the shop today looking and trying on different outfits. Trudi and Sue were so helpful in picking out things to try/ suggest. Then getting me different sizes if needed. Which made the whole experience so much better after not going in stores for so long. Brilliant customer service!"

"I love going into this store. It’s light and well laid out with a good range of stock. I usually avoid sale shopping but in this store there is a good mix of new items and sale items so it dies t feel like your having to wade through mounds of discounted items. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, polite and, most importantly of all for me, they are attentive but not pushy. There are always plenty of people on hand if you need assistance. In contrast to so many stores at the moment it’s a really nice place to be."
