"As far as places to eat go, it wasn't too bad. They had a good variety on the menu and even my mum, who is a vegetarian, managed to find something that she liked. With our food, was bottomless chips - which we took full advantage of! And refillable drinks. The children's menu was very good too, good sized meals and desert (pictured)."

"We had a great experience at the Southcote Beefeater this week. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, especially our server Linda, who was brilliant. Food came in good time and was really tasty. We actually live closer to the Reading Gate Beefeater but the service there was far too slow, you can barely get 1 course in an hour! We will be making the slightly longer journey to The Southcote now everytime!"
