"I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Reading, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. First of all, the delivery took an incredibly long time - it was over 2 hours before our food arrived. When it finally did arrive, we were missing several items that we had requested. On top of that, the food was cold and unappetizing. Trying to get in touch with the restaurant was an absolute nightmare. There are no phone numbers available on their website, and there is no live chat support either. When we eventually managed to get through to someone, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even hung up the phone on us when we tried to explain our missing items and cold food. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino's Pizza in Reading. The slow delivery, missing items, cold food, and poor customer service were all unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this restaurant at all costs, as there are many other options in the area that offer better food and service."

"We visited the store yesterday evening somewhere around 7 and 8pm and was served by a staff member who may have a name beginning with R or M? - The service by this staff member excelled our expectations- Not only were they polite friendly and approachable- they went above and beyond at delivering customer service - it made the trip into store worth it. Would definitely visit again ! Thank you to the entire team for their work and contribution to serving at Dominos! -order name : Anil"

"Surprisingly good pizza, but we ate in and it didn't have time to go soggy on the way to being delivered. Unlike some Domino's branches, this one has a nice sitting area and the interior is well lit and the graphics on the wall are excellent. The immigrant staff are also really friendly, especially the ones from Pakistan."
