"I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Reading, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. First of all, the delivery took an incredibly long time - it was over 2 hours before our food arrived. When it finally did arrive, we were missing several items that we had requested. On top of that, the food was cold and unappetizing. Trying to get in touch with the restaurant was an absolute nightmare. There are no phone numbers available on their website, and there is no live chat support either. When we eventually managed to get through to someone, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even hung up the phone on us when we tried to explain our missing items and cold food. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino's Pizza in Reading. The slow delivery, missing items, cold food, and poor customer service were all unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this restaurant at all costs, as there are many other options in the area that offer better food and service."

"Consistency with Dominoes is guaranteed. I am basing my review on never ever ordering delivery, no pizza place ever delivers hot. However, collection is always on point - We customise our orders and they are accurate all the time using their app. No issues whatsoever."
