"Stayed here many times over the years visiting family. Its our first choice hotel as long as the price is competitive & its not always the case & we go elsewhere. On our most recent stay in room number 114 the shower was not working as expected & the water temperature was not constant. Not had this before at a Premier Inn."

"Typical Premier Inn experience with a clean, spacious room with TV and tea and coffee provided, choice of continental or full English breakfasts, and a large restaurant with good value dinner menu. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and accommodated late check in time. The hotel itself is under 5 minutes walk from Crewe railway station, less than 20 minutes from the town centre and very close to the business estates - very convenient for business travel."

"We’ve stayed here a few times to visit family. It’s a handy location for the train or for driving to Crewe. The staff are friendly and helpful. I believe it is Alice who has usually checked us in - she is super friendly and very funny! The only negative thing we noticed on this stay is that both the heating system and the extractor fan on the bathroom are very noisy."
